Brain Out 2 Level 21
๐ Walkthrough
Overview
Level 21 tells you to "Help this woman!" At night, a knife-wielding robber looms over a frightened woman kneeling on the ground. An angry dog barks nearby, a streetlight glows, handbag and trash litter the ground, and two dark storm clouds hang overhead. You cannot physically fight the robber. The gag solution is divine intervention: tap the dark clouds to call down lightning that strikes the robber, punishing him and saving the woman.
- Difficulty: Easy
- Estimated moves: 1
Step-by-Step Solution
- Read the danger. A robber with a knife is threatening the woman. She is covering her face in fear.
- Do not try to fight him or move the woman. You cannot overpower the robber directly, and the dog already barking does not stop him.
- Look at the storm clouds. Two dark rain clouds hang in the night sky above the scene. They look like they are about to storm.
- Tap the dark clouds. Press on the clouds to summon lightning. A bolt strikes down from the clouds directly onto the robber.
- The robber is zapped. A bright yellow explosion surrounds the robber; he is blackened and shocked by the lightning.
- Confirm the clear. The woman relaxes and smiles with little hearts around her, and the prompt reads "This is God's punishment!" The green next button appears.
Strategy & Reasoning
This is a humorous justice fantasy. Since you have no weapon and the robber is armed, a realistic fight would not work โ the game instead lets you use the weather as a weapon. The dark storm clouds are deliberately drawn overhead to suggest lightning, and the reward line "This is God's punishment!" confirms the interpretation: you are calling down a heavenly bolt to strike the criminal.
Everything else is scenery. The barking dog, the streetlight, the handbag and the trash do not solve anything; the dog is already there but is not enough to scare off the armed robber. The clouds are the one interactable that changes the outcome. By tapping them, you trigger the lightning strike that removes the threat.
This fits Brain Out's pattern of using the environment for cartoonishly exaggerated solutions. Rather than a realistic self-defense move, you tap the sky. Once the lightning hits the robber, he is neutralized and the woman is safe.
Tips & Common Mistakes
- Mistake: trying to use the dog. The dog is already barking but has not scared off the robber. It will not save her on its own.
- Mistake: tapping the robber or the woman. Tapping the people does nothing. The solution comes from the sky.
- Mistake: ignoring the clouds. The dark storm clouds are the trigger. Tap them to call lightning down onto the robber; the flash and the "God's punishment" text confirm the woman is saved.
Replay Notes
When you replay this level, resist the obvious first instinct: the surface objects and the character's complaints are usually a distraction, and the real solution is hidden in an interactive detail most players never touch. Work through the scene once normally to see what the game allows you to drag, swipe, or shake, then combine the objects in an unexpected order rather than using them where they seem to belong. If you get stuck, remember that Brain Out 2 levels rarely require complex chains โ the answer is almost always one counter-intuitive gesture applied to something on screen. Reset, ignore the noise, and look for the single movable item that does not look like a tool.
