Brain Out 2 Level 29
๐ Walkthrough
Overview
Level 29 says "Help the crow drink water!" A thirsty crow stands on a rock next to a glass pitcher containing only a little water at the bottom โ the classic "crow and the pitcher" fable where you would normally drop pebbles in to raise the water. But this is a Brain Out twist: instead of filling the pitcher, there is a whole lake hidden behind the bushes beside the tree. Move the bush aside to reveal it, and the crow just walks over and drinks.

Step-by-Step Solution
- Read the setup. The crow is thirsty and there is a small pitcher with a little water out of reach.
- Do not play the fable the usual way. There are no pebbles to drop into the pitcher, and that is not what the game wants.
- Look at the bushes. There is a thick clump of bushes / grass next to the tree hiding something.
- Swipe the bushes aside. Drag the bush to uncover what is hidden behind it.
- A lake is revealed. A small blue lake surrounded by flowers is exposed where the bush was.
- The crow drinks from the lake. The crow walks over to the lake and drinks freely. The prompt reads "You found a lake!" and the green next button appears.
Strategy & Reasoning
This is a deliberate subversion of the famous Aesop fable. In the original story, the clever crow drops stones into the pitcher to raise the water level. The game sets up exactly that scene โ crow, pitcher, little water, a rock nearby โ to make you expect the stone-dropping solution.
But Brain Out rewards the more lateral idea: why go to the trouble of filling a tiny pitcher when there is an entire lake right there, hidden by foliage? The bushes are drawn to look like decoration, but they are concealing water. By swiping them away, you reveal the lake, and the crow no longer needs the pitcher at all. The reward line "You found a lake!" confirms the joke โ you skipped the clever-but-laborious fable solution in favor of the obvious water source once you look past the cover.
The pitcher and the rock at the bottom left are red herrings. Touching them does not advance the level. The hidden lake behind the bushes is the real answer.
Tips & Common Mistakes
- Mistake: dropping the stone into the pitcher. There are not enough pebbles and the game is not asking for the fable solution.
- Mistake: tapping the crow or the pitcher. Neither interaction helps; the pitcher is out of reach on purpose.
- Mistake: assuming the bushes are just scenery. Swipe the clump of bushes beside the tree aside โ a whole lake is hidden behind it. Once the crow drinks from the revealed lake, the level clears.
Replay Notes
When you replay this level, resist the obvious first instinct: the surface objects and the character's complaints are usually a distraction, and the real solution is hidden in an interactive detail most players never touch. Work through the scene once normally to see what the game allows you to drag, swipe, or shake, then combine the objects in an unexpected order rather than using them where they seem to belong. If you get stuck, remember that Brain Out 2 levels rarely require complex chains โ the answer is almost always one counter-intuitive gesture applied to something on screen. Reset, ignore the noise, and look for the single movable item that does not look like a tool.
