Brain Out 2 Level 32
๐ Walkthrough
Overview
Level 32 says "Help the patient find his ring." In a doctor's office, a male patient stands looking worried with both hands turned out to show his empty pockets โ his ring is missing. A female doctor holds a clipboard thinking. There is an X-ray light box on a stand between them. The ring is not in his pockets because he accidentally swallowed it. To find it, run the X-ray machine on him so the ring shows up inside his body.
- Difficulty: Regular
- Estimated moves: 1
Step-by-Step Solution
- Read the problem. The patient cannot find his ring; his pockets are empty and he looks worried.
- Do not search his pockets. His pockets are already turned inside out and there is nothing there.
- Use the X-ray machine. Drag the X-ray screen over in front of the patient (or turn it on) to scan his body.
- His skeleton lights up. The X-ray shows his ribcage, pelvis and bones, and the ring is clearly visible inside his torso โ he swallowed it.
- Both react with shock. The doctor and patient stare in surprise at the ring sitting in his stomach.
- Confirm the clear. The prompt reads "I hope the doctor can help him take the ring out" and the green next button appears.
Strategy & Reasoning
This is a medical-deduction riddle. Everything points to "where did the ring go?" โ empty pockets, a worried patient, and a doctor's office. The presence of an X-ray machine is the clue: the ring must be somewhere an X-ray can see, i.e. inside his body.
Rather than looking around the room, you bring the X-ray screen in front of him. Once the X-ray activates, the metal ring shows up as a bright circle inside his abdomen, revealing that he swallowed it. This is why the reward text puns "I hope the doctor can help him take the ring out" โ the ring isn't lost in the room at all; it's inside him.
The privacy curtain, the stack of books, and the wall signs are set dressing. The empty pockets already told you the ring isn't on him; the X-ray is the only way to locate an internal object. The solution is simply to scan him.
Tips & Common Mistakes
- Mistake: searching the floor or furniture. The ring is not lying around the office.
- Mistake: tapping the patient's pockets. They are empty on purpose; he already checked.
- Mistake: ignoring the X-ray box. The X-ray screen is the tool. Move it in front of the patient / turn it on to reveal the swallowed ring inside his torso โ that is where the missing ring is.
Replay Notes
When you replay this level, resist the obvious first instinct: the surface objects and the character's complaints are usually a distraction, and the real solution is hidden in an interactive detail most players never touch. Work through the scene once normally to see what the game allows you to drag, swipe, or shake, then combine the objects in an unexpected order rather than using them where they seem to belong. If you get stuck, remember that Brain Out 2 levels rarely require complex chains โ the answer is almost always one counter-intuitive gesture applied to something on screen. Reset, ignore the noise, and look for the single movable item that does not look like a tool.
